Sue's legislation from the 2001 legislative session; Senate File 1145 and House File 1790, Amendments to the Child Abuse Reporting Act. After passing both houses the bill was sent to the conference committee in the Health and Human Services Omnibus Bill, passing and adopting the diminished House language into law.
